2 cups sugar 2 cups flour 1 can (20oz) crushed pineapple 2 eggs 1 tsp. baking soda 1 tsp. vanilla
Mix ingredients by hand and pour into 9 x 13 pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes.
Frosting 1 pkg. cream cheese (do not use fat free cream cheese..your frosting will be very lumpy!) 1 stick butter 1 1/2 cups powdered sugar 1 tsp. vanilla
